1. Purchase and access
Access to files and licenses is granted once your payment is confirmed. The kind of access you get depends on how the product is priced.
2. Special subscription
Some products can only be downloaded with a subscription, while others need an additional payment on top of the subscription.
3. Secure downloads
Download links are signed and expire, and they are only issued to authorised users.
4. Using a license
Licenses are personal unless the product description or your subscription plan explicitly allows commercial or multi-site use.
